How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax and regulatory requirements. In most cases, we retain client and contractor records for up to 6 years after the end of the business relationship or engagement.

Who we share information with

Data Processors

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software provider / SaaS customer data management provider
This data processor does the following activities for us: The CRM provider stores, organises, and manages customer and prospect information on our behalf. This includes maintaining contact records, tracking communications and sales activity, managing customer relationships, supporting marketing and customer service activities, and securely hosting related business data within the CRM platform.

Accounting software provider (Xero)

This data processor provides accounting and financial management services on our behalf, including processing and securely storing client and contractor contact, invoicing and payment information for bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll and financial reporting purposes.

Banking and payment services provider (Tide)

This data processor provides banking and payment services on our behalf, including processing and securely storing client and contractor payment and bank account information for invoicing, payments and financial administration.

Others we share information with

  • Third parties: Where relevant we share contractor details with end clients to provide consultancy services. This may include contact details, professional experience, qualifications, right to work information, CVs, and other information relevant to the proposed engagement or ongoing provision of services.
